Where: Cedarhollow Public School, north parking lot
What: Last Sunday Group Workout
Who: You and anyone else you can bring with:)
Workout Details
Buy-in : 1km ruck (no walk)
30:00 AMRAP
Team (4max) dowel run around school
30 squats
25 lunges
20 sit-ups
15 push ups
10 burpees
Cash out : 1km ruck (no walk)
*Record total rounds and reps as a team.
As a reminder, these workouts are designed and intended to be inclusive. They can be scaled, adjusted, modified, etc. in order to provide the appropriate level of difficulty for anyone involved. If the workout seems daunting, go slower or reduce the reps. If you fear it won't prove difficult enough, move faster or increase the number of reps or weight being used.
What do I need?
Ruck or reinforced backpack, capable of carrying 20-50lbs of resistance
Weight plates, cat litter, dumbbell, etc.
Towel to pad backpack if you are carrying oddly shaped weight
Water bottle
Yoga mat, blanket, towel, etc. if you prefer not to sit/lie down on the grass
