You will be asked to spend considerable time in what might be an uncomfortable position for some, as well as hike around in the cold while carrying a weighted ruck/backpack. Alright guys and gals, we're three days in and I'm curious to hear how everyone's doing so far? I'm not going to lie, I haven't cracked into the book just yet (dying to though!) but I have completed 5min in a squat hold for the past three days. Let us know how you're making out so far!
